About Us
A program of Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives, the Richmond Child Care Resource & Referral Centre (CCRR) works with families, early learning professionals, and community partners to promote safe, nurturing, quality child care.
Our services are offered to the community at no cost and are available in both English and Chinese. Whether you’re a parent, provider, caregiver or student, the Richmond CCRR has got you covered.

The CCRR is also home to the Richmond Early Years Library, a beautiful, welcoming space where both parents and child care providers can find inspiration, and borrow from an extensive collection of early learning materials
An online job board for finding or advertising positions in the child care field, as well as an up-to-date substitute list.
At the CCRR, our goal is to be a source of information, resources, and support for Richmond’s vibrant, diverse child care community.
The Richmond Child Care Resource & Referral Centre is funded by the Province of BC and the Ministry of Education and Child Care.
