The Richmond Child Care Resource and Referral offers supportive site visits to child care programs and services in Richmond by request. Our qualified, knowledgable staff provide outreach on-site to improve accessibility of our services and to help provide necessary support to the child care educators, providers, children, and families in our community. 

FAQ:

• Support visits require a minimum one week working notice. 
• Staff professional development requests require 6 weeks working notice. 
• Your support visit is not confirmed until you receive a phone call or email from CCRR staff.
• CCRR staff are not to be counted in ratio (child care programs) during any type of visit.
• CCRR staff are not to be left alone with children at any time during the visit.

Information collected will be used only as necessary to deliver CCRR Services. Richmond CCRR data collection follows PIPA and FOIPPA in regards to collection, use, retention, disclosure, and disposal of personal information.
