Touchstone Family Association's Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) aims to improve healthy child development by improving parenting skills and parent-child relationships and decreasing social isolation.
The program is provided in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, offering a positive learning experience for children (aged 0-6) and their families. CAPC facilitators lead fun activities where children find opportunities to make friends and interact with others of similar ages. CAPC facilitators support parents and caregivers in expanding their social support networks, sharing their experiences, and learning more about community resources.
CAPC is offered at Woodward Elementary School Tuesdays and Fridays 12:30 – 2:15 pm. Families can join CAPC by registration or drop-in.
