Touchstone Early Years Outreach Program
Outreach workers are available to provide one-on-one support to Chinese-speaking families with children aged 0 to 6.
Since the pandemic started in mid-March 2020, Touchstone Family Association has been opening its doors to individuals and families who need support.
The organization's early years outreach workers provide outreach and individual support to families with young children by phone, e-mail, WeChat, and in-person, to help them navigate community programs and services.
Touchstone provides one-on-one support to help Chinese-speaking families find appropriate health care, access early learning programs, connect to service providers, and locate additional supports that meet their needs.
The Touchstone Early Years Program also has a WeChat account, through which the organization shares information on community resources.
